Born in 1953, Paul Till started his photography career in his late teens. In 1974 his photograph of Bob Dylan was used for the cover of Blood on the Tracks, and that’s when he decided, “This might be a good way to make a living.”

Paul Till has been a freelance photographer since 1977. From 1982 through 2012 he photographed a wide range of subjects for Now Magazine, especially celebrity portraiture and live music. He also has a continuing and varied fine art practice, which has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications. His work is held by The Canada Council Art Bank, The City of Toronto Archives, The University of Toronto Media Archives and by many private collections.
